Plan a deployment before installing anything.

Define the road problem, available sensors, evidence gates and integration responsibilities.

01 · Define the outcome

Name the traffic question, responsible operator and required action.

Record geometry, coverage, occlusion, weather, power and connectivity.

List cameras, LiDAR and infrastructure data with owners and access conditions.

Agree metrics and failure cases, then test representative or clearly simulated scenes.

Test each connection to operator tools, controllers or other infrastructure.

Record versions, monitoring, rollback, support and evidence ownership.

Use Lab for evaluation, Junction for one site and Network for multiple sites. Hardware and field work are separate.
