Website use

You may use this website for lawful evaluation of TeraFlow. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or misrepresent site material as verified deployment evidence.

Information, not a deployment promise

Website diagrams, simulated operational data and research descriptions are explanatory. Capabilities, compatibility, performance, availability and acceptance criteria are confirmed only in a written project scope.

Software packs

TeraFlow Lab and TeraFlow Junction are described as one-time perpetual software pack licences. TeraFlow Network is custom scoped. Exact deliverables, versions, support, updates, permitted use and payment terms are defined in the applicable order.

Excluded scope

Hardware, sensors, installation, civil works, networking, calibration ownership and infrastructure integration are separate unless a signed scope expressly includes them.

Intellectual property

TeraFlow site content, visual material and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the website and rights stated in a separate written agreement.

Third-party systems

A deployment may depend on third-party sensors, compute, networks, ROS components or traffic infrastructure. Their terms, availability and behavior remain the responsibility of their respective providers and the agreed integration scope.

No warranty for the public site

The public website is provided as available for information. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular deployment.

Liability and governing agreement

Any commercial liability allocation, governing law, dispute process and service commitment must be stated in the signed order or agreement. Nothing on this page overrides mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
